I’m an experienced product and transformation leader with the ability to grow product companies from startup to scale-up, adding value across multiple areas by embedding a structure and culture of continuous innovation and improvement.

My purpose is to ‘innovate the way we work’ - this can be applied in many ways as I care deeply about quality, collaboration, continuous improvement and growth of people, products and companies.
